With over 7 years experience in the banking and mortgage industry, I decided to take my career in a new
direction, obtaining my Real Estate License in 2003. That August, I joined a local independent agency. In
my first full year in real estate, I sold over $3,000,000 in properties.
Since becoming a Realtor, I persevered in enhancing my expertise through continuing education having
attended seminars, training classes, as well as earning my e-PRO designation through the National
Association of Realtors program. In January 2005, I earned my Brokers license, and continued to perform
services as Broker-Associate until launching Susan Geitner, P.A. Real Estate Sales in January 2009.
As listing broker in Highlands county, my service warranty gives a homeowner the opportunity to get the
